21 Day Fitness Challenge

For 21 days, keep a food diary and an exercise diary (see our downloads page for templates).

TIPS to speed your weight loss and improve your health: Try to exercise at least 20 minutes a day 5 days a week, and try not to eat sugar during that time.

Set your goal and write a personal mission statement (see TIPS page).

Find a friend or friends to "challenge" during this time, and together chip in cash or prizes to a pot, which the best "loser" after 21 days will win!

Send your contest ideas to include on this page. This is especially useful for weight loss groups, but we will include contest suggestions for individuals as well!
