Weight Loss Journals

You are also welcome to send photos, and keep sending us updates, so that we can share your triumphs and help you through any blockades. Let us know if you want your e-mail posted, as well.

What Is a Weight Loss Journal?

Writing down goals, struggles, and successes is useful for many dieters. There is no correct format for a weight-loss journal. Some just write what they eat and any exercise they do each day. Others write pages of feelings - from frustration to triumph - as they journey through their weight loss adventure. Writing helps.
